Independent creators are reporting sudden account suspensions after being falsely flagged for "synthetic content" by Substack's automated moderation tools [substack.com]. Here is the breakdown of the keystroke velocity glitch and the appeals process.

You got me. From the first sentence I was strapped to the keyboard with spider-like metal rods. This is the first bait and switch I've thoroughly enjoyed from a substack creator. Well done.
People who generate quality work will leave, that’s what happens. It’s inevitable. It has to be the result. Substack will become nothing more than another unscalable mountain of human slop.
Scared to go near my laptop screen now you named checked me in this! Haha I am happy to see the foxes got a mention too 🖤 this article has given me the creeps (in the best way)
The author's note is what got me. The story ends and then keeps going into the furniture of the post itself, so there's nowhere outside it to stand. And I'd spent the whole first half reading it as a real grievance, which is presumably the design. That's a proper piece of construction.
Thanks Anat. Glad you liked my story and I Just read and enjoyed yours. As mentioned, you capture the Editor’s “snark” very well and the mounting absurdity only gets better!
I realised it was fictional and got a hard on once the message said "telemetry" :D Totally came all over myself at the end with the feeding tubes and the fan going ape shit
OMG 😵😱😭😂 I was starting to think it might just be fiction when I saw myself quoted and I know I really said that, so… the ending totally took me by surprise. Absolutely brilliant 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Kaf, kaf, Kafka.
Just don’t let AI bug you too much.
The bug won’t win. I’ve got a job at the castle. No AI there.
Being mentioned in relation to the great man is praise indeed!

Glad you enjoyed the story Mr. Mind. Who doesn’t love a bit of body horror, mixed in with some real world techno paranoia? 🖤
Quite a few people I imagine, but I’m not one of them. 😂
😂
I love that this was my intro to your writing 😁😍
Hello NotGloria. Glad you enjoyed the story. There is plenty more good stuff to read. Just browse here

I’ve had it happen to me twice. Pangram claims that only 67% of what I’ve written was human and another at 52%. I’m losing my patience

Love. Love. Love
Thank you Sylvie 🙏

John. Glad you liked it. A real horror story of our times, I think.
Love it 😂
In case you haven’t already read it, I think you’d appreciate this story:

I hoped you had a shower after! And was Christian about? I’ve not seen him for a while. Glad you enjoyed.
hahaha yes, Christian is alive and well; he sends his regards :D
I’m now adding spiders to my list of fun things 🖤
Robot spiders I hope 🤞
Maybe 😉🖤

I couldn't think of more human writing!
